Fix 1: Clear and Restart
First, try both the Firefox browser and then Internet Explorer, if you experience this error on only one browser, clear your browser cookies, then restart the browser. Try viewing movies on Netflix, see if it’s gone. If not, try the next recommendation.
Fix 2: Reinstall Microsoft Silverlight
First, close your browsers.
Uninstall Silverlight on Windows PC by navigating to Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs.
