Easily jailbreak iPhone iOS 6.0.1 on iPhone, iPad or iPod Touch with Sn0wbreeze by using this detailed 11 step guide.
Of course, every iOS relrease by Apple is intended to either fix something or add a new feature. This iOS 6.0.1 release dealt with a few minor bugs present in the iOS 6.0 version. Well, if you haven’t updated your iPhone to 6.0.1 because there isn’t a jailbreak, then i’m sorry to burst your bubble by telling you that there is! And you can jailbreak your iPhone or iPad or iPod Touch on iOS 6.0.1 by using sn0wbreeze 2.9.14.
Heads Up!
1. This jailbreak has not been tested on A5 devices but may work on them nonetheless. This jailbreak has been tested on iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPod Touch 4G and iPad Mini.
2.Also worthy of note is that this jailbreak is a tethered jailbreak.
Jailbreak iPhone iOS 6.0.1 for iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch on Windows

Step 1: Download Sn0wbreeze 2.9.14 and the iOS 6.0.1 IPSW
Download Links:
=> Download IPSW firmware for iOS 6.0.1
Step 2: Close iTunes first, put off your iDevice, then plug it to your computer using a USB cable.
Step 3: Launch Sn0wbreeze 2.9.14 (There is a download link above) from your Windows computer. If you are using Windows 8, you must download the microsoft .NET framework 3.5 first.
Step 4: After opening Sn0wbreeze 2.9.14, click on the blue arrow icon on the bottom right corner of the screen to proceed.
Step 5: The next screen is the IPSW selection page. Click on the blue button which says Browse for an IPSW. Browse to the iOS 6.0.1 IPSW you already downloaded, then click the blue arrow icon to proceed to the next screen.
Step 6: The next screen would ask you to select a mode. The modes displayed on screen are:
=> iFaith mode
=> Simple mode <=
=> Expert mode
=> Baseband presentation mode
Select Simple mode, then click the next button (blu button with arrow)
Step 7: Sn0wbreeze will now prepare a custom iOS 6.0.1 IPSW firmware using the original one you uploaded. Afterwards, it would then display a message saying: “Done! Sn0wbreeze seems to have successfuly created your IPSW, this file will be located on your desktop.”

Now, for you to restore this cooked up IPSW to your iPhone, your iPhone needs to be in Pwned DFU mode (Sn0wbreeze referrs to this as restorable state.) Click the OK button to see the instructions on hoe to put your device in Pwned DFU mode.
Step 8: The next page would display the DFU pwner [green pois0n]. Follow the instructions on that screen to put your iPhone in Pwned DFU mode. Alternatively, you can use the iREB option displayed on the top right corner of the screen.
Step 9: After putting your iDevice in Pwned DFU mode, close Sn0wbreeze, then launch iTunes. Make sure the device you wish to restore is selected, if not, select it from the menu on the left.
Step 10: Now restore your iPhone with the custom IPSW by holding the SHIFT key and then clicking Restore on iTunes. When asked, select the custom IPSW which sn0wbreeze created for you (this should be on your desktop). Then allow iTunes to restore your iPhone with that IPSW.
