  2. Make sure your antivirus software is up-to-date, then do a scan for malware and viruses

  1. Find the executable file (.exe) of the program. If you have a desktop shortcut, right click on it then choose ‘Open file location‘.
  2. Right click on the .exe file, choose Properties.
  3. Select the Compatibility tab.
  4. Look near the bottom, tick the box for Run this program as an administrator.
  5. Now, try running the program again, hopefully this time there wont be errors.
